Our 28% White chocolate is deliciously sweet, smooth and indulgent. White chocolate is made with cocoa butter, sugar and milk but not cocoa beans, which is why it's so light in colour.

Each tube makes around eight cups of hot chocolate.

How to use

Instructions

Simply heat 200ml of your choice of dairy or plant-based milk in a microwave, milk frother or in a saucepan on the hob. Add 8 teaspoons of chocolate flakes and stir until melted through. Or use one of our makers to craft your drink. Our flakes work in all other hot chocolate makers.

You can also make iced chocolates and milkshakes with our flakes.

Each tube makes around eight cups of hot chocolate.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger to your hot chocolate for a zingy hit, or try stirring through 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder for an earthy flavour and pale green colour. Find out how to make hot chocolate at home here.
