Instructions
Simply heat 200ml of your choice of dairy or plant-based milk in a microwave, frother or in a saucepan on the hob. Add 8 teaspoons of hot chocolate flakes and stir until melted through. Pull a single or double shot of espresso - you can do this in our Espresso machine, - add to your hot chocolate, stir well and serve.

The COCAFELOL cooperative works diligently with its farmers, both technically and financially, while maintaining sustainable agricultural practices, to produce coffee of the highest quality. This organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance coffee is sourced from individual smallholder farmers, high in the mountainous Ocotepeque region of Western Honduras.
This organic, fairtrade speciality coffee has bright acidity and mellow body, with notes of golden syrup and lemon.
It achieved a score of 84.5/100 by the SCA (Specialist Coffee Association) which judges coffees on a combination of factors including sweetness, acidity, balance, and flavour.
