At the touch of a button, the Dualit handheld milk frother and hot chocolate maker produces hot milk, hot frothed milk or cold frothed milk in just two minutes.

It's perfect for making a creamy hot chocolate by adding your favourite % Knoops flakes, or to create a mocha. And it's easy to clean with it's non-stick interior.

Instructions

Hot chocolate
Place the whisk in the base of the jug. Pour 200ml of your preferred milk into the jug. Fix the lid and press the power button once to start the programme. After about one minute, remove the lid and add 8 teaspoons of Knoops chocolate flakes to the milk as it warms. Replace the lid and your Knoops hot chocolate will be ready in about two minutes, when the programme ends.

Iced chocolates
Start by making a small, strong hot chocolate. Add 100ml of your preferred milk, fix the lid and press the power button. After about 1 minute, remove the lid and add 5 teaspoons of chocolate flakes. replace the lid, and when the programme ends, pour over ice cubes in a glass filled with 100ml of chilled milk.

Sometimes I pop some flakes in before the end of the cycle, which I think gives a good result, but officially we recommend following the Dualit instructions above and heating the milk first!
