What the Knoops expert says...
Jens Knoop, our founder and chocolate expert, knows every % inside out. His notes help you taste what makes each one different.
Start simple, then experiment. That is where the joy of Knoops begins.
Taking top spot in our test, Knoops’ hot chocolate was crowned 'the perfect all-rounder
It starts with the flakes
Real chocolate, ready to melt.
Our flakes are finely cut from real chocolate so they melt beautifully into milk. The result is smooth, rich and full of character, with none of the flatness you get from powder. It is chocolate in its most drinkable form, made for cups that feel personal, generous and quietly indulgent.
More ways to Knoops
Hot, iced, blended or baked.
One bag of flakes opens up more than one ritual. Make a classic hot chocolate, shake an iced chocolate, blend a milkshake, deepen a mocha or add them to bakes and desserts. They are simple to use, but full of possibilities - a starting point for whatever kind of chocolate moment you want.
A cup that changes with you
Choose the strength, texture and mood.
Some days call for dark and intense. Others need soft, creamy and comforting. Flakes let you adjust every cup to match the moment - more chocolate, less chocolate, different milk, different temperature, different finish. It is the joy of making something exactly as you want it.
