The Ice Breaker Challenge — Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Knoops Holdings Limited, 2b Montpelier Street, London, England, SW7 1EZ.

This Promotion runs from 12pm to 6pm on 23.07.26 only, at Knoops Notting Hill store. No purchase is necessary to participate.

 

This Promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and agents of Knoops. Knoops reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse participation if this cannot be verified.

 

There are 20 winning cards hidden within the ice sculpture in total, comprising the following prizes:

  •  1 x Private Tasting with Jens Knoop at Kings Road Store (to be organised at a date convenient for both the winner and Jens Knoop, and subject to change or amendment)
  • 2 x 100% Off at Knoops for 1 month, valid from 23.07.26 to 22.08.26 (limited to two free drinks and 2 x bakery items a day)
  • 2 x 15% Off at Knoops for a year, valid from 23.07.26 to 22.07.27 (limited to two free drinks and 2 x bakery items a day)
  • 3 x Dualit Frother + 5 x Knoops Tube bundles
  • 2 x £50 store gift voucher (to be spent at Knoops within 12 months of the prize being claimed)
  • 10 x Free Frozen Hot Chocolates, to be redeemed on the day at Knoops Notting Hill Store

 

Each participant may claim a maximum of one prize. Prizes are subject to availability, and no cash alternative will be offered. Knoops reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

 

Winners are those who retrieve a winning prize card from the ice sculpture during the stunt at Knoops Notting Hill store on 23.07.26. There are no other ways to win. Any prize cards not claimed by the end of the event will be forfeited.

 

Participation in the physical challenge is also subject to the site safety rules displayed at the venue on the day. Knoops reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms or the on-site event rules.

 

The winner must claim their prize within the individual timeframes laid out above. Winners may be required to participate in publicity and may be asked to provide personal details to receive their prize; these will be handled in accordance with Knoops' privacy policy .

 

Knoops' decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. Knoops shall not be liable for loss or damage of the prize once handed over to the winner or sent out for delivery.

 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion in any way at its discretion. Any additional costs outside of what is explicitly detailed above will not be covered by Knoops.

 

This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules.
