We started in a small shop in Rye in 2013. This month, we're opening our first store in America.
Knoops lands in Salt Lake City's 9th & 9th on 21st August - our first permanent US location, and the first step in building the brand across the States. A second Utah store follows in Farmington this November, with more sites already lined up. Call it the beginning of a proper Utah takeover.
Why Salt Lake City? It's fast-growing, a little unexpected, and full of people who like discovering things before everyone else does. That's very on-brand for us.
It sits alongside our stores in the UAE and a growing wholesale business, because Knoops was never meant to stay in one place. Rye to London to Dubai to Utah - the map keeps getting bigger, but the ritual stays the same: pick your percentage, watch it flake into your cup, drink it exactly how you like it.
Same chocolate. Same craft. Just more places to find it — whether that's a store in Salt Lake City, a shelf at your local deli, or a tin on your own counter.
