Knoops offers roles across its stores and head office. Store roles include Knoopologists, Team Leaders, Assistant Managers and Store Managers, while head office supports areas such as marketing, finance, store operations and online trading.
A Knoopologist is a Knoops barista. It is a customer-facing role focused on crafting personalised chocolate drinks, helping customers discover their perfect % and bringing the Knoops experience to life in-store.
You do not need to arrive as a chocolate expert. As part of the Knoops team, you will learn about chocolate %, flavour and how to craft personalised drinks through Knoopology.
